Tank Inspection & Clean

We carried out a tank clean for a client who is deals with domestic property management. At this property the tank and pipework was extremely corroded, the whole system having very poor flow. This provides an ideal habitat for the growth of water borne bacteria including Legionella.

We recommended that pipework throughout the building needs to be removed and replaced with a WRAS approved material. The CWST and hot water cylinder need to be removed and ideally replaced with an A-rated combination boiler.
